Equine Sarcoid is a remarkable equine neoplasia. The present study analyse 30 sarcoid cases, evaluate differences in anathomical site distribution, epidemiological data and correlation between clinical aspects and histopathological findings. The samples were evaluate histologically in slides staining by Hematoxyline and Eosine; the animal data were collected by an instrument of collecting data and the archives files. Male were most affected in comparison to female; related to localization, was verified that verrucous type doesn't occurs in limbs and fibroblastic type was found in head and cervical region mostly. The prevalence among crossbred and quarter horse were higher than any other breeds. Occurrence were higher among 3 and 7 years old animals. Incidence were higher in fibroblastic (45,4%) and verrucous type (30,3%), with nodular (15,1%) and mixed (9,1%) less present, and no register of malevolent and occult type. All clinical types showed marked occurrence of picket fence, rete pegs, epidermal hyperplasia, high number of fibroblasts and whorling fibroblast patterns, with evident hyperkeratosis in nodular types. Inflammatory response and mitotical index were low in all clinical types. The verrucous clinical type were less ulcerated and lower occurrence related to cystic hair follicles.
