The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the essential oils from leaves and stems, obtained by hydrodistillation, were performed by GC/MS and afforded three monoterpenes: α-thujene,-pinene e myrcene and ten sesquiterpenes: isoledene, -elemene, -caryophyllene, α-humulene, γcurcumene, germacrene-D, bicyclogermacrene, Δ-cadinene , longifolene e germacrene-A.
