The fluvial plains or Parana River Unit constitutes an plan surface where the hood vegetable is the principal form of enhancement from the relief forms, since that the highlands has arboreal vegetation, middle lands are shrubs covered, low lands with fields and the shallows with hygrophytes forms. The most flanged parts constitute water bodies, on form of channels assets and lagoons. This study aims to discuss the influence from the variations on the atmospheric conditions what to anticipate field samplings of limnology variables in channels that compose aquatic environments of the high Parana River fluvial plains and its influence on the connectivity patterns among the aquatic environments of the study system, assisted by statistic treatment. The results indicate a characterization by another type of aquatic environments homogenization, other than that caused by overflow from the main rivers. During the multi-skilled of Polar air masses, since air and water temperatures decreases and dissolved oxygen elevates allowing then the environments presented awhile homogenization regarding the measurable variables.
