The Geoethic is the discipline that comes from challenges and ethical approach subjects and professionals research involved in the Earth Sciences and Planetary together. Since its emergence in the late last century to the present, has undergone a major notoriety recognized by AGID (Association of Geoscientists for International Development), IUGS (International Union of Geological Sciences) and other international organizations in line with technological advances and geographic information increasingly interrelated with the abiotic world.This article discusses problems and challenges geoethic in a teaching context for organization and management of the territory. It presents various aspects of codes of conduct and good work that have emerged or have had to address the faculty of the Master developed jointly by the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) and the University of Alcala (UAH) in successive editions.
