Ciencias Aeronáuticas: Nuevo campo académico en la UNAH

This article describes in general terms the fields and main activities that include Aeronautical Sciences. The distinction between the military aircraft and the civil aeronautics is done by positioning the latter, in national and international legal framework and different operations carried out around the world. The academic offer of the National Autonomous University of Honduras by the Space Science Faculty, and the challenges to the establishment of this new academic field from the School of Aeronautical Sciences are presented.
