Innovative Geschäftsmodelle: Staat und Wirtschaft

Innovation in public organisations often also means further development of forms of cooperation between government and industry. It can help to think in terms of business models and to try out new ideas in interdisciplinary dialogue. Basic elements of administrative action are combined with innovative approaches. To this end, old and new competencies must be brought together, innovation areas created and a risk culture introduced. This contribution argues for the strengthening of important competences in administrative action and for an open innovation mentality at the interface between state and economy based on this. Abstrakt Innovation in offentlichen Organisationen bedeutet oft auch eine Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeitsformen zwischen Staat und Wirtschaft. Dabei kann es helfen, in Geschaftsmodellen zu denken und Neues im interdisziplinaren Dialog auszuprobieren. Grundlegende Elemente des Verwaltungshandelns werden mit innovativen Ansatzen kombiniert. Dazu mussen alte und neue Kompetenzen zusammengebracht, Innovationsraume geschaffen und eine Risikokultur eingefuhrt werden. Dieser Beitrag pladiert fur die Starkung wichtiger Kompetenzen des Verwaltungshandelns und fur eine darauf aufbauende offene Innovationsmentalitat an der Nahtstelle zwischen Staat und Wirtschaft. Abstraite L’innovation dans les organisations publiques signifie souvent aussi le developpement de nouvelles formes de cooperation entre l’Etat et l’economie. Il peut etre utile de penser en termes de modeles economiques et d’experimenter de nouvelles idees dans le cadre d’un dialogue interdisciplinaire. Les elements de base de l’action administrative sont combines avec des approches novatrices. Les competences anciennes et nouvelles doivent etre reunies, des espaces d’innovation doivent etre crees et une culture du risque doit etre introduite. Cette contribution plaide pour le renforcement de competences importantes dans l’action administrative et pour une mentalite d’innovation ouverte a l’interface entre Etat et economie.
