PPL is an independent consultancy working on practical projects promoting health, wellbeing and economic success. Our team comprises experts in health and social care transformation, clinicians, academics, and specialists from both the private and public sectors. Across the last 7 years we have worked with over 150 organisations to co-produce improved approaches, systems and outcomes for those they serve. To achieve this, we offer a full spectrum of specialist support, including: • Strategy development and business planning working with national bodies such as the UK Local Government Association, NHS England and Public Health England, as well as individual healthcare commissioners and providers • Service, system and pathway design including analysis and evaluation of existing health and care services; and developing better co-ordinated, patient-centred services in partnership with service users, carers and families • Organisational and leadership development to develop the capacity and capabilities to deliver, working at a sub-regional, regional and national level. • Project, programme and change management support, engaging with the clinicians and frontline professionals, managers and staff who will ensure improvements happen. PPL is the winner of the MCA 2013 prize for Innovation, based on our work supporting the development of co-production in health services. PPL, along with GE Healthcare Finnamore, powers the Integrating Care collaborative, which brings together international expertise and experience in the development and implementation of integrated healthcare solutions.
