Change Management und Strukturveränderung bei IuK-Projekten an Universitäten

Integrated Information Management has become important in fulfilling requirements which face Higher Institutions of Education today. Due to this challenge, the University of Augsburg has taken steps in implementing an IT-Service Center (ITS) on its campus. The Information and Communication Services for Research, Teaching, Studies and Administration shall be supplied through the cooperation model ITS. The following article begins with an introduction of the initial positions and the field of work, of the ITS Projects. It proceeds further to explain the configuration of the extensive and dynamic change processes with the objective of attaining sustainable structural changes and to crystallize the concrete experiences made by the University of Augsburg.
