La custodia compartida: génesis del nuevo art. 92 del Código Civil

El Gobierno español ha presentado una reforma del Código Civil que introducirá la custodia compartida en nuestra legislación. Este modelo de guarda es excepcionalmente permitido por nuestros tribunales si los padres acuerdan este en situaciones especiales que prueben que la custodia compartida es la mejor elección para beneficiar a los hijos. La nueva legislación no cambiará esta concepción. Quizás introduzca cambios en la visión de los abogados y sus clientes que contemplarán esta nueva posibilidad en sus negociaciones.The Spanish government has presented a civil code’s reform that will introduce the joint custody in our legislation.
