Bilateral multiple pulmonary arterial aneurysms are rare presentations of pulmonary involvement in Behceta#39;s disease (BD), affecting particularly young men. BD has also been well documented as a risk factor for cerebral venous thrombosis, which may present as superior sagittal sinus thrombosis. We present a male patient presenting with both pulmonary arterial aneurysms and superior sagittal sinus thrombosis. This patient is presented since coexistence of sagittal sinus thrombosis and multiple pulmonary arterial aneurysms in BD is rarely observed. BH superior sagital sinus trombozu seklinde karsimiza cikabilen serebral ven trombozu acisindan da onemli bir risk faktorudur. Bu makalede ayni anda hem superior sagital sinus trombozu hem de bilateral multipl pulmoner arter anevrizmalari bulunan bir Behcet hastasini sunmaktayiz. Bu olgu, BHa#39;da multipl bilateral pulmoner anevrizma ve superior sagital sinus trombozunun nadir olarak bir arada gorulmesi nedeniyle sunulmustur.
