Yöntemler: Kırk ardışık hasta prospektif, randomize çalışmada iki gruba ayrıldı. Total intravenöz anestezi (TİVA) grubunda (n=20); anestezi indüksiyon ve idamesinde infüzyonla fentanil ve propofol uygulanırken, inhalasyon anestezisi (SEVO) grubunda (n=20); anestezi indüksiyon ve idamesinde sevofluran yanı sıra infüzyonla fentanil uygulandı. İki grupta da intravenöz rokuronyum uygulandı ve girişim boyunca ortalama arter basıncının 50 mmHg’nın üstünde olması sağlandı. Ameliyat öncesi, ameliyat sonrası 24. ve 72. saatlerde serumda kreatinin fosfokinaz MB fraksiyonu (CK-MB), kardiyak izoform troponin I (cTnI), karaciğer enzimleri, beyin natriüretik peptid (BNP) değerleri toplandı. Perioperatif risk faktörleri, yoğun bakım ünitesinde kalış süresi incelendi.
