Angioma Serpiginosum (AS) is composed of tiny vascular punctae located in a patch or segmental pattern. A 23-year-old female patient applied to the outpatient clinic with the complaint of red patches located in the left foot and leg of three years duration. On dermatological examination of the case, erythematous macules and patches were detected over the lateral side of her left foot, ankle and leg. A diagnosis of AS was reached following the histopathological examination of the punch biopsy specimen. We could not detect any similar case previously reported in the Turkish Medical Literature . For this reason, our aim was to present a case of AS with segmental involvement in this report. (Turk J Dermatol 2011; 5: 21-3)
