Difficult airway, one of the most fearsome situations of anesthesia practice, is a more serious problem in pediatric cases. Infantile hemangioma, the most common vascular tumour in childhood, may pose difficult airway.Case Report: Direct laryngoscopy or videolaryngoscopy was not sufficient to secure the airway in a 7 years old child, who was diagnosed with epidural hematoma following a fall, and was scheduled for emergency surgery. She was intubated with supraglottic airway devices. Conclusion: We aimed to present our experience in pediatric difficult airway in a case of oral infantile hemangioma
