OZET and was at risk due to rapid respiratory depression along with difficulty in ventilation and intubation. In this case report, we aimed to underscore the fact that while applying anesthesia outside of the operat- ing room, one should be prepared to perform intubation and mechanical ventilation as well as be ready to manage hemo- dynamic problems that may arise.
