MATERIAL and METHODS We conducted a retrospective study of 159 patients with ECs who underwent complete staging surgery at a tertiary center between 2007 and 2017. After demographic characteristics and preoperative CBC parameters were retrieved from the patients’ medical records, the patients were grouped according to lymph node status (positive and negative) and compared. Variables with p<0.05 were included in the logistic regression analysis, and receiver operating characteristic curve analysis was used to determine the cut-off values for predicting LNI.
