The granulation pattern of pituitary tumors may be important to predict tumor behavior, treatment outcomes, and recurrences. Therefore, we compared densely granulated corticotroph tumor (DGCT) and sparsely granulated corticotroph tumor (SGCT) in terms of clinicopathologic findings.
