With the aim of proposing methodological actions that from the work practice contribute to the pedagogical professional reaffirmation and improve the preparation of the future teacher for their professional performance. A descriptive study with a qualitative approach was developed, based on the following methods: structural systemic, modeling, analytical-synthetic, participant observation and expert consultation; as well as in the in-depth interview technique. The system of proposed methodological actions allow: the systematization of the activities designed and oriented through the guide of the labor practice; the implementation of a greater number of vocational training and professional orientation activities by the different specialties that make up the career curriculum; better critical attitude on the part of teachers about the activities developed by students in the context of investigative job training; better planning, orientation and evaluation of work practice activities, better results in research work training and the professional reaffirmation of
