The purpose of this study is to determines the effectiveness of the proposed application based on mobile education to develop basic concepts in logical gates, dealing with the methodology and variables of the study, the procedures of the study, the preparation and construction of the study tools, the stages of production of the proposed application and the procedures for implementing the pilot and basic study. The study results showed that there are statistically significant differences at 0.05% between the mean of control, and experimental group in favor of the experimental group, which means the effectiveness of the proposed model.
