and collaborative wireless sensor networks (WSN) plays key role in developing Smart Environment. A Smart Environment needs information about its surroundings as well as about its internal working; this information's are monitored and collected by the network of wireless sensors. The futuristic application of distributed WSN includes : Animal monitoring, Vehicle monitoring, Enemy monitoring, Machine monitoring and Medical monitoring systems. In this paper we proposed effective strategies and optimal solutions in handling the power consumption problem and the hot Spot Problem with better connectivity and lifetime for a wireless sensor networks in a distributed and collaborative Smart Environment. Our smart Environment includes Sensor Area, Sensor Nodes, Base Station and Enemy Nodes.
