Análisis e Intervención en una Demanda por un Adolescente con una Dinámica Familiar Paranoide

The article presents the initial intervention carried out in a public health centre under demand by an adolescent. The family behaviour is paranoid and based on a folie à deux of de parental couple. This is an essential aspect to take into consideration in order to understand the case and to assess the family on the possibility of a clinical intervention envisaging the characteristics of the family environment, of the patient and of the clinical situation motivating the demand, as well as of the centre from where the intervention is taking place.
