This article presents the case of Oscar, a middle-aged man who is attended for the second time due to the persistence and spread of some of his obsessions and rituals. The outstanding fact from this case is the difficulty to cope with the appearance of new recurrent thoughts and compulsions that are continuously replacing those that have already been eliminated. This case is currently under monitoring phase.
