Validación del inventario sobre necesidades formativas del alumnado (INFA) en el Prácticum de Pedagogía

Con este estudio damos a conocer el proceso seguido en la elaboracion, diseno y validacion de un inventario sobre necesidades formativas del alumnado en el “Practicum” de Pedagogia. Se ha realizado con la finalidad de identificar dichas necesidades para el buen desarrollo de las practicas de la titulacion, abarcando todos los ambitos educativos y areas (escuela, sociedad y empresa). Este inventario se compone de 78 items distribuidos en las siguientes categorias: normativa, habilidades sociales, planificacion/desarrollo, evaluacion, materiales y gestion, el mismo ha sido validado por 30 profesores del ambito universitario que han colaborado como expertos. El principal objetivo del inventario ha sido conocer las necesidades formativas de los/as alumnos/as de 3o y 5o de Pedagogia sobre las condiciones academicas requeridas en las asignaturas Practicum I y II. A traves de la validacion ha quedado demostrado que las seis categorias que configuran el inventario INFA tienen un nivel elevado de validez. With this study we present the process followed in the elaboration, design and validation of an inventory on formative needs of the students of the “Practicum” (post-graduate teacher education) of Pedagogy. Has been realized in order to identify needs perceived by the student body on the most outstanding aspects for the good development of the practices of the degree, being included all the educative scopes and areas (school, society and business). This inventory consists of 78 items distributed in the following categories: regulations, social skills, planning/development, assessment, documentation and management, the same has been validated by 30 teachers from the university who have worked as experts. The main objective of this inventory has been to know the formative needs of the students of 3o and 5o of Pedagogy on the required academic conditions in the subjects Practicum I and II. Through the validation it has been demonstrated that the six categories that form inventory INFS have an elevated level of validity.
