This communication aims to show the development of a Project on Automatic Control inside the program “Praktikum 2010- Ingeniería Industrial”, in the engineering department of Systems and Automation (DISA) of the Technical School of Industrial Engineers (ETSII), at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). The project is directed to 11th grade students and consists of the implementation of a closed loop control system to maintain a levitating piece inside a tube in a given reference position.
