Nowadays, the network teaching method of sports action skill learning is still not perfect. This paper analyzes the development demand and present situation of distance education of sports action skill in our country. This paper puts forward a discussion on the network teaching mode of sports action skill learning, which provides a sound and feasible teaching mode for reference.
