In the past, higher vocational colleges have paid more attention to teachers’ professional ability, but not too much attention to teachers’ ethics, and with the development of society, the demand for talents with excellent academic qualities is increasing, which requires teachers to develop in both ways The school must focus on strengthening the construction of teachers’ ethics.This paper will discuss how to further strengthen the construction of teachers’ ethics in colleges and universities.
