In 21st century Kitibha Kushtha (Psoriasis) is a burning problem because of its sociopsychological impact, unknown exact etiology, limitation and adverse effect of modern medicine, persistence and recurrent nature. The main aim of the study is to evaluate and compare the efficacy of “Siddharthak Yoga Kashaya” as internal medicine and “Siddharthak Yoga Lepa” as an external medicine in the management of Kitibha Kushtha. It is Randomized controlled clinical trial. The study was conducted on 40 clinically diagnosed patients of Kitibha Kushtha. They are randomly allocated into four groups after the screening. Group A (Siddharthak Yoga Kashaya), Group B (Siddharthak Yoga Lepa), Group C (Siddharthak Yoga Kashaya) along with Lepa) & Group D (Maha Manjishthadi Kwatha) as a control group medicine). Observation & result assessed on the basis of difference in the score of sign and symptoms. All the details regarding the study are further detailed.
