NSAID'S Drugs are presently highly recommended and excessive OTC drugs that are available in the market and the combinations have been used largely in the NSAID's. So, there is an increasing risk of DI that may give adverse effects. Among these, the recent study has concluded that the combination of diclofenac and ibuprofen has a high risk of cardiac arrest. Both drugs are having potent action of anti-inflammatory action but if they are used in large doses it may result from cardiac arrest. This article gives you the observational study of the Proves for the developing risk in this combination.Unless new studies become available, NSAIDs should be used one at a time, with supplementary analgesics added on a PRN basis.
