Skeletal Muscle Disorders and their association with occupational diseases has been widely studied but the application of pedagogical strategies through play as a ludoprevention technique or occupational ludopedagogy has been little studied and therefore little published information is reported. Thus, the need to carry out this type of research is evidenced in order to contribute knowledge from the perspective of the Occupational Health and Occupational Risks Specialist through a documentary review with a descriptive qualitative method, seeking to provide a learning tool for companies and workers. Design a booklet with an emphasis on adult prevention for occupational diseases entitled Ludoprevention Program for Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders that includes four recreational activities. We want to respond to the needs of people under a proposal that can not only be applied in the workplace as a complement to daily active breaks, but also so that they can be executed at home. This literature review has three essential thematic axes: Studies and research related to occupational disease prevention and prevention programs using recreational methods for adults; occupational disease and DME; Biomechanical risk assessment and perception of DME.
