In competitive land dynamics, through the adoption of strategic planning processes, the control of two fundamental and tightly linked aspects becomes possible:- creating and strengthening the structural conditions that favors the local socio-economic system;- being able to influence the complex dynamics behind reorganization opportunities to create wealth and by attracting resources and competences to the area
