It permeates all aspects of organizational life in relationships with the external environment (customers, intermediaries and competitors) and especially within the organisation.Globalisation pushes toward a corporate culture aimed at competition, and encourages the development of communication and information flows, de-centralised manufacturing and operational responsibility
