Nouvel antiplaquettaire lors d’interventions coronaire (PCI): meilleur? L’intensité de l’inhibition plaquettaire est un facteur déterminant de la survenue de complications lors de PCI. Cangrelor est un nouvel inhibiteur plaquettaire (antagoniste des récepteurs de l’adénosine diphosphate) administré par voie i-v. Chez >11 000 patients subissant une PCI urgente ou élective, les résultats de l’utilisation de Cangrelor sont supérieurs au Clopidogrel: 0,8% de thrombose de stent à 48h versus 1,4% du groupe Clopidogrel (p = 0,001) notamment.
