The authors present the case of a 79-year-old gentleman presenting with non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction and a heavily calcified bifurcation stenosis of the left anterior descending and the diagonal branch. Intravascular lithoplasty was used to prepare the extremely calcified lesion.
