   Most cases of pseudomyxoma peritonei are caused by appendiceal musinous tumor. It is diagnosis remains challencing to most clinicians. There is still some debate about treatment. New treatment methods can achieve satisfactory results in patients with PMP. In this report, we present a case with pseudomyxoma peritonei origin from appendix mucinous tumor
