Percutaneous aspiration, percutaneous drainage, and sclerotherapy are therapeutic alternatives. Conventional or laparoscopic internal drainage surgical management can be performed to the intraperitoneal cavity. We present three cases of the laparoscopic treatment of lymphoceles.
