Nonsustained Repetitive Upper Septal Idıopathic Fascicular Left Ventricular Tachycardia: Rare Type of VT

Upper septal fascicular ventricular tachycardia is a very rare form of idiopathic fascicular ventricular tachycardia. Upper septal fascicular tachycardia uses the posterior fascicle as the anterograde limb and the septal fascicle as the retrograde limb. When evaluating the electrocardiography for this form of tachycardia, the presence of narrow QRS morphology and normal axis may be misinterpreted as supraventricular tachycardia.
