 53 year old male patient ,In investigating bone pain due to Ca: 13 mg / dl, PTH 750 pg / mL was upon arrival of neck ultrasonography. 4x5 cm irregular mass in the lower pole of the right lobe of the thyroid (adenoma tumor ?,?) patients that were operated on. The mass was sent to frozen.Carcinoma, adenoma can not be distinguished thyroidectomy+parathyroidectomy made on the process is terminated. Postoperative PTH 70 pg / ml, CA: 8.2 mg / dL declined. Pathology was interpreted as giant parathyroid adenoma
