Sjögren syndrome (SS) can affect either central nervous system(CNS) or peripheral nervous system (PNS). Symmetric sensorymotorperipheral neuropathy and pure sensorial symmetric polyneuropathyare the most common diseases observed in relation toPNS. Rarely, asymmetrical polyneuropathy such as mononeuritismultiplex and brachial neuropathy may be observed. In this article,we present the clinical and electrophysiological properties of a casewhich arises with dibrachial neuropathy. Our case is important interms of evaluation of SS during definitive diagnosis and performingrelated examinations, especially in patients with a subacutechronicalasymmetric weakness
