Parabronchial or midesophageal diverticulum is a saclike bulging of the midesophageal wall into the periesophageal space. This bulging usually occur secondary to mediastinal inflammation. We report a case of a midesophageal diverticulum in a 21-year-old man. We discuss midesophageal diverticulum and review the literature findings
