L’objectif general de ce travail est de caracteriser la flore fongique des grains de mais destines, avec d’autres cereales, a la preparation d’aliments composes pour l’alimentation de la volaille. Les grains de mais desinfectes a l’alcool ont ete semes dans des boites de Petri steriles munies de papier filtre sterilise et humidifie avec de l’eau sterilisee. Cinq essais ont ete effectues a raison de cinq boites par essai, chaque boite contenant cinq grains de mais. Elles sont mises a incuber dans un germoir a la temperature comprise entre 25 et 35 °C en conditions d’obscurite continue. Nous avons egalement procede de la meme maniere avec les grains non desinfectes. Au cours de cette etude, cinq champignons ont ete isoles et identifies a des pourcentages d’apparition variables. Aspergillus flavus (35,47%), Fusarium oxysporum (22,05%) et Aspergillus niger (17,78%) sont respectivement les champignons apparus le plus sur chacun des trois echantillons contrairement a Penicillium sp. (13,18%) et Rhizopus sp. (11,48%). Les genres Aspergillus , Fusarium et Penicillium sont producteurs de mycotoxines avant, apres la recolte dans la plante et au cours du stockage des semences. Ce mais doit etre abandonne ou faire l’objet de decontamination avant d’etre utilise, au risque de causer des problemes aux consommateurs que sont les volailles. © 2017 International Formulae Group. Mots cles: Mais, moisissures, boites de Petri, desinfecte English Title:  Characterization of the fungal flora of maize grains ( Zea mays ) intended for the preparation of compound feeding stuffs of poultry English Abstract The general objective of this work was to characterize the fungal flora of maize grains intended for use, with other cereals, in the preparation of compound feedingstuffs for the feeding of poultry. Corn kernels disinfected with alcohol were seeded in sterile Petri dishes with sterilized filter paper and moistened with sterilized water. Five trials were conducted at five boxes per test, each containing five corn kernels. They were incubated in a germinator at a temperature between 25 and 35 ° C. under conditions of continuous darkness. We also proceeded in the same way with the non-disinfected grains but with non-sterile material. In this study, five fungi were isolated and identified at varying percentages of onset. Aspergillus flavus (35.47%), Fusarium oxysporum (22.05%) and Aspergillus niger (17.78%) are the most commonly occurring fungi in each of the three samples, unlike Penicillium sp. (13.18%) and Rhizopus sp. (11.48%). The genera Aspergillus , Fusarium and Penicillium are producers of mycotoxins before, after harvest in the plant and during seed storage.
