Infrared spectroscopy of the 28SiD3F molecule around 888 cm-1 The n3 fundamental band (A1 888.898 cm-1) of 28SiD3F molecule have been studied by FTIR spectroscopy with a resolution of 2.4 x 10-3 cm-1. More than 2000 lines have been assigned and fitted with a standard deviation of 0.19 x 10-3 cm-1 and ten molecular parameters have been calculated.
