One of the most appealing and still unsolved problems inbiological and medical imaging is the possibility of noninvasive visualization of tissue in vivo with an accuracy ofmicroscopic examination. A major difficulty to solve inbiomedical imaging is a degradation of image qualitycaused by the presence of optical inhomogeneity of tissue. Is there any chance to develop a microscopic method thatallows non-invasive observation of cells in living tissue?
