Human papillomavirus (HPV) is increasingly recognized as an important cause of the non-melanoma skin cancers. Thus, screening, early diagnosis and treatment of lesions associated with HPV infection has a great importance. We present a case of HPV 58-positive penile skin squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), a carcinogenic HPV type with low prevalence in cervical cancer. To our knowledge, this is the first case of HPV 58-positive penile skin SCC reported in Turkish literature.\u
