Confluent and reticulated papillomatosis (CRP) is a rare skin disorder characterized by reticulated, erythematous-brownish macules, patches and plaques. The CRP lesions mostly emerge initially on intermammarian region and then extend to the abdominal area. Although many theories have been proposed, etiopathogenesis of CRP is not clear. In this report, we describe 3 female patients with similar clinical features. All patients were at the ages of twenties, had obese, ,and were successfully treated with doxycycline treatment.\u
