Lymphomatoid papulosis is a benin clinical papulonodular skin eruption with histologically malignant features. Patients with lymphomatoid papulosis associated with mycosis fungoides usually have lymphomatoid papulosis initially, whereas our patient had mycosis fungoides first. He developed lymphomatoid papulosis after four years of his follow-up. The symptoms were improved with 5 mg/week methotrexate and narrowband UVB phototherapy. We present our patient since he was a rare case of mycosis fungoides associated with lymphomatoid papulosis.\u
