In this case, we present F-18 Fluorodeoxglucose (FDG) Positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT)\udimages of a 72-year-old male with a history of metastatic mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). PET/CT was done as part of treatment\udplanning following chemotherapy. PET/CT demonstrated multiple osseous metastases, multiple cervical and pelvic lymph\udnodes as well as extranodal disease on bilateral testes, bilateral adrenals, and several subcutaneous soft tissue nodules. MCL\udis a rare form of non-Hodgkin disease that generally presents with disseminated disease and extranodal involvement. Herein,\udwe presented a very rare case of testicular MCL by PET/CT imaging
