Solid renal masses are generally distinguished with contrast enhancement\udand intratumoral fatty foci by radiological examinations. The present of\udenhancement is most important criteria for diagnosis of malignant lesions.\udGenerally, a contrast enhanced solid mass in kidney is accepted as a neoplasm.\udForeign body granuloma is an extraordinary cause of enhanced solid renal\udmass. This case of a renal suture granuloma demonstrated peripheral\udenhanced exophytic renal mass mimic renal cell carcinoma, and underwent\udsurgery. At the solid renal mass with different radiological features, biopsy\udis an option to determining the necessity of surgery as well as the surgical\udapproach.\u
