Norofibromatozis tip 1 (NF-1), otozomal dominant gecisli mezodermal displaziye neden olan konjenital noroektodermal bir hastaliktir. NF-1 deri, sinir sistemi, yumusak doku ve osseoz anomaliler ile karakterizedir. Dural ektazi siklikla idiyopatik olmakla birlikte NF-1, Marfan sendromu, Ehler-Danlos sendromu, ankilozan spondilit, akondroplazi ve eriskin tipi polikistik bobrek hastaligi gibi bag doku hastaliklarinda gorulebilmektedir. Bu yazida, bel agrisi ve skolyoz nedeniyle basvuran ve yapilan tetkikleri sonucunda dural ektazi ve dev lateral meningosellerin eslik ettigi NF-1 tanisi konulan olgunun goruntuleme bulgulari sunulmustur.
