AC Vin-Pro is a large-seeded soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] cultivar with elevated seed protein levels. AC Vin-Pro has yellow hila and acceptable tofu processing quality for foreign and domestic markets. Its brighter seed colour should make it attractive to the Japanese miso market.
