Sir, Hidradenitis suppurativa is a complex and challenging disease, the severity of which ranges from almost asymptomatic to one that severely affects the quality of life.[1] Clinicians often face severely affected patients who require a multi‐disciplinary approach for diagnosis and treatment. We report a patient not responding to conventional therapy, who was then treated with the help of a plastic surgeon experienced in genital anatomy.
