Angiomyomatous hamartoma of the lymph node is a benign vascular disorder of unknown aetiology, first described in 1991. However, to the best of our knowledge, it still remains a rare entity with only 17 cases reported so far. We report a case in an 82 year old male, present a review of literature, and stress the importance of diagnosis of this benign condition which obviates the need for unnecessary and extensive surgical resection.
